Nestlé has officially stopped using plastic wrappers. However, is that really better for the Earth? Most people tend to believe it is better than plastic, as it is biodegradable, and not a danger to wildlife, Whilst others believe that Plastic is better, as paper-bag/wrapping manufacturing produces 80% more greenhouse gasses but, unlike plastic, trees can be regrown and the wrappers can degrade. Most organisations like how Nestlé is actually trying to help the earth, and even though paper might not be the best idea, it is better than plastic.
